Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge for orders is £4.95, however the vast majority of products in our mobility aid catalogue are eligible for our free delivery service. Where a product is eligible for free delivery this will be clearly marked, both on the catalogue page and the individual product page itself.

If any of the products in your order are ineligible for the free delivery service the standard charge of £4.95 will be applied to your order.

However, all orders with a value of over £39.99 (excluding VAT) will also be eligible for free delivery.

In all cases the delivery charge (whether zero or £4.95) will be automatically calculated for you in your basket.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of their being placed, although the nature of our system often allows for products to be delivered sooner than this (usually 1-3 working days).

If there is any change in the timescale for delivery of your order once it has been processed (for example an item is out of stock and is not able to be replenished for several days), we will contact you immediately and ask how you wish to proceed with the order.

If for any reason you have not received your goods within 5 working days of placing the order, and you have received no communication from us to explain why, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the reason for the delay.

Please note that some heavier or more expensive items may need to be signed for. If this is the case we will notify you and attempt to arrange a mutually agreeable time and day for delivery.

Extra Delivery Information

In order to provide you with the fastest service, we have systems in place with our suppliers that allow us to send goods directly from their warehouses to you. In this way we can provide a next day delivery for certain products, at absolutely no extra cost to our customers. If you receive a package that you know you have ordered, but without any documentation from Handy Healthcare, you can rest assured that we have simply had the product sent out to you directly from the supplier's warehouse to save time.
